Honeycrisp Apartments, LLC began not as a commercial project, but as a personal one. Our founder originally planned to renovate the former Rogue River Credit Union building into a private home, drawn to Sparta for its walkable downtown and close-knit community. When plans changed, that same personal commitment to quality remained. We didn’t see a vacant bank; we saw an opportunity to create the high-caliber Sparta Apartment for Rent that our town was missing.

We believe that renting shouldn't feel like a compromise. That is why we moved away from the ``cookie-cutter`` apartment model to focus on adaptive reuse. By preserving the solid construction and unique character of the original building, including a repurposed bank vault, we have created four distinct luxuries apartments for rent that offer a level of detail rarely found in the rental market.
